no policy, no work culture, no professional attitude moreover don't give salary to the staff, take return salary from staff, also thief money from project... there is a rules that we should side 20% money before starting a work as a name of director cost

Secured a good fund size but growth of the organisation is not that much. It had the potential to work over the India in last 45 years. But they failed to grow this organisation though they have multiple corporate giants as funder.
...aging and management is very poor.There is no cafeteria and very bad experience. Company policies are very bad, they give very low salary with no increment. Overall worthless company....
There is no management policy and very wrost behaviour with employer .salary is very low and career growth is slow .There is a bond of 6 month without any facilities like PF etc.
