The work environment has been less than ideal. Office politics are a major issue, with favoritism often influencing decisions, which leads to a lack of transparency and fairness. Micromanagement is common, leaving little room for independence or trust in employees' abilities. Additionally, salary payments are consistently delayed, causing financial strain and unnecessary stress. The overall atmosphere is not conducive to growth or job satisfaction, as there is little support from management and morale is generally low. This company could improve greatly by addressing these fundamental issues, and I would not recommend it for those seeking a healthy and professional work culture....Read More

1.CEO doesn't no about how the industry works 2.No innovation in books only 1 title which too is been copied from various publishers 3.Books have plenty of mistake as no proper editors in the company 4.No funds for even fixed expenses. 5.TA/DA is low and will get it once in a while if funds available.
