1.CEO doesn't no about how the industry works 2.No innovation in books only 1 title which too is been copied from various publishers 3.Books have plenty of mistake as no proper editors in the company 4.No funds for even fixed expenses. 5.TA/DA is low and will get it once in a while if funds available.
