I joined SB INFOWAVES in 2022 as part of the mailing process. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. The manager’s approach was demotivating, as her primary focus seemed to be finding faults and mistakes rather than providing support or guidance. Additionally, the job was target-based, and if targets weren’t met, the team leader and manager would insult employees in various ways, which created a toxic work environment. To make matters worse, when I left the company, they refused to pay me my last month’s salary, citing that I hadn’t served the notice period. Moreover, the company consistently delayed salary payments, paying employees about 10 days later than the due date every month. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend working here under the current management....Read More
