At RST Solutions, the work-life balance is one of the aspects that really stands out. The company places a strong emphasis on flexible time schedules, which is a huge benefit for managing both work and personal commitments. The team understands that productivity doesn't require a rigid 9-5 structure, and that flexibility has made it possible to stay motivated and bring my best self to work.

Dislikes

While RST Solutions has many positive, one area for improvements would be communication. Occasionally, there can be lack of timely updates or clear directives, which can lead to minor issue, but with enhanced communication across team, it would streamline workflows and ensure everyone stays aligned.

I have had a fantastic experience working at RST. The work life balance here is exceptional, allowing me to manage personal and professional life commitments effectively. Management is supportive and approchable. Salaries are almost paid on time, which adds to overall job satisfaction. Colleagues are friendly, helpful and truly make the workplace enjoyable.

Dislikes

As of now nothing, but management have to work on internal compliance & welfare of staffs.
