Salary is pretty much on time, please people in office was nice and cheerful and the HR is good

Honestly, Rajan the CEO is a very narrow minded person, doesn't trust anyone, micro manages like we are 14 years old kids, There is nothing in that company which is under process I mean honestly nothing, if you want something related to work you need to figure that out by your own, there is no IT DEPARTMENT as such, Secondly there are only 2 decision makers in the company the CEO AND HIS WIFE, no Hr, no nothing It is a straight up LALA company, please don't join it please

I have had a fantastic experience working at RST. The work life balance here is exceptional, allowing me to manage personal and professional life commitments effectively. Management is supportive and approchable. Salaries are almost paid on time, which adds to overall job satisfaction. Colleagues are friendly, helpful and truly make the workplace enjoyable.

As of now nothing, but management have to work on internal compliance & welfare of staffs.

Extremely unprofessional people, they are using all outdate technologies. Zero management and zero rules they follow. HR is Highly unprofessional and use worst language at office premises.

Working at RST Solutions has been very comfortable because of its work culture. The company feels like a family. RST Solutions gives us freedom to express our ideas and thoughts making it very easy to be a part of huge projects
