Working at Riomed has been a disappointing experience. The culture is highly toxic, with management showing little regard for employees’ well-being or professional growth. Harassment is prevalent, and there is lack of support for individuals.

Dislikes

The Riomed software are subpar, with minimal innovation, leading to shrinking client base and limiter future prospects. Toxic work culture. No job role clearity. Unrealistic goals and deadlines. They expect things to happen like a magic. No proper Hierarchy of team management. No appreciations on your efforts and ideas. No proper behaviour. Micro mamagement. Don't join this company.
