Mission: RGP was founded in 1996 as a division of Deloitte & Touche. Our leaders are proud of our Big Four heritage, but they envisioned a different kind of consulting firm. So in 1999, our founder, Chairman of the Board Don Murray, followed his vision and led a management buyout. We went public in December of 2000 and since then have grown into a global consulting firm providing strategy and execution for some of the worldâs largest, best-known businesses.
