1. No Proper work process path 2. NO LBD training provided by company 3. Lot of toxic culture 4. Higher lever manager designation people don't know about work safety hazards and their mitigations 5. No Job safety at all 6. Revolutionare manages people not the processes. 7. As a 5 year old company no standard procedures available 8. Especially they dont trust employees 9. All 7 days to work. 10. There will be no 100% headcount provided by company at any given month 11. Revolutionare management wont care / respect their ground staff.
