I did not like anything there except for some of my colleagues.

Dislikes

1. Early login and late logout. But you have to come on time the next day. 2. It's like a school.The QA manager doesn't like when you have fun with your colleagues for 2 mins. 3. Mostly Qa Lead pulls your team for meeting exactly at the lunch time. 4. Qa Lead will give min 5 tasks at a time and gives lesser due date for everything.You'll rush yourselves to complete those 5 tasks but then they will pull you for another meeting and ask you to stop those 5 tasks, gives a new task to work upon. Then after a couple of days he will ask "whether those 5 tasks are completed?". If you say "no" he will ask you to tell the work which I was doing for the past 2 days hour by hour. 5. The managers and leads behaves like they make the rules and they can do whatever they want. 6. It's always QA lead vs Dev lead. More politics day by day. They will play it using you. High chances to get caught inbetween their politics without even realising it. 7. They do not consider employees work-life balance. I lost my peace of mind after joining there. 8. They laid-off employees after my exit due to budgeting issue. 9. Salary will be credited late every month. 10. They ask you to do weekend support, night shift, morning shifts for QA team without any shift allowance. The list goes on.......Read More
