Dislikes

Absolutely zero growth. You will be paid peanuts to do the same work over and over. Come to office 5 times a week to be laid off anytime. And i really mean anytime. If the top management doesnt like you, you are gone. If you have no goals in life, work here. Complacency is the name of the game.

Dislikes

STG is not a company they are like consultant. They don't have any clients. Only rely on Ford company only. They don't have any projects or clients. If the project is completed they don't have bench system. STG hr will say directly search outside Poor HR and project managers.
