Some seniors are cooperative and guide where required. Leave is granted most of the time when required.

Dislikes

Some seniors are very noncooperative and leave it on juniors when there is any problem. Very unhealthy work culture. There is no limit on duty hour, many times it may be 12-14 hrs without any compensation or appraisal. Salary is given the possible lowest amount. Higher management is very biased and doesn't care about employees.
