Form my experience company culture regarding hierarchy is very good, all levels get same amount of pay regarding expenses and also their is no boss culture , everyone need to work on field individually. Also company has policy to give time to non performing employees. Allowance structure is good.

Dislikes

No year on year increment. Policy of profit share/incentives is not at all transparent, nobody will share how it is calculated. Highly dependent on H.Q people and NSM, Very monopolistic policy. No career growth, many loop holes in systems. actually no realistic or practical systems are there to encourage transparent work culture. After sales or support system is very slow. Major stock out issues. Company is very slow, suddenly they will wake up and pressurize everyone to do works which they can highlight to owner....Read More
