Bonus won't give if you resigned, even if you work entire financial year with proper notice period service they won't give, cheating company when you relieve company, huge work pressure, sales dominant, no ethics for credit, no jobs security

I worked hard and helped lot for development of Hyderabad team, but no bonus given me even I am topper in south India, just they are cheating employees
