I joined Reliance with good expectations but the store manager with whom I got the opportunity to work was not good and he used to talk well with everyone except 2-3 Reliance employees. They harassed us so much that I tried to get a transfer from there but my manager and HR did not cooperate. Because of this I had to leave Reliance which I never wanted to do after this. I joined Tata Croma where I have had a good experience so far but my experience with Reliance was not good at all and I cannot give 5 stars for it at all, 2 stars are fine from my side, this ground to Reliance We should see at this level what is going wrong. I had joined Reliance Digital for my better future, a good group like Tata, but I think that was my biggest mistake. I did not like Tata Group. Dislikes

One cannot expect any kind of help from the manager and HR team. The company should also keep an eye on all these activities at the ground level. This is my opinion.
