Regus is a good company to work for. You get to interact with clients who working for global companies. The fact that they allow casuals on Friday and a holiday on birthday is a plus point. Also the work pressure is very less. It feels like a government job since the job security is also quite strong according to me. Saturdays And Sunday's are off.

Dislikes

The growth prospects are quite average. I mean you go up to Team Lead but it will take you a lot of time. I believe 7 to 8 years and to be frank I don't see any growth after team lead position. Also, the pay package is very meagure. It is advisable to prepare for competitive exams along with this job.
