Working with Red tape (mirza international ltd is worst, work culture is disgusting,bosses are dictator,HR is dictator, politics in this company is totally on a high level,no one gona listen to your opinions, salary is only peanuts.and huge workload with multiple departments.and the most worst part is HR,they never listen to employee,no sense how to talk, always shout on employees. What is work life balance they never care about it.no timings bosses call any time and give you work.bosses gave work on weekly off day also.they can fire any staff any time without giving any notice or time.
