- HR Team is good , but controlled by CEO hence helpless. - No tension of learning, just another government job with best chance to degrade career, if you work here for 5 years you will fail to even clear WITCH interviews.

Dislikes

- Poor Management Skills - Lack of Soft skills and professionalism - Favouritism and Family Members Promotion. - Trust issues by top management. - No farewell or birthday celebration (they call it family) - Software Code quality gone for toss and suggestions are rejected due to ego issue as the code is of manager. - Insecure behaviour of managers who lack english speaking skills, leading to miscommunication in requirements from client, leading to more time wastage on calls....Read More

Only good thing in raykor is the red color painting on the wall

Dislikes

toxic work culture , you can be layed off without any warning, need to do overtime everyday till 8 pm
