1. At RattanIndia their is no balance between work & personal life. Being just one second late can result in losing half a day's leave, even though you still have to work the full day. 2. They won't let you work from home even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration for work life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. When you call, they claim they haven't received approval yet. 5. No chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't let you grow and make your life miserable....Read More

No one likes to work with the company because of the way you get treated for your good work. The mid or high level management dosent even care or talk in a professional manner.

Dislikes

We can say if it is one thing but if there are too many dislikes nothing to do but silently quit.
