They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. When you call, they claim they haven't received approval yet. 5. No chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't let you grow and make your life miserable.

No one likes to work with the company because of the way you get treated for your good work. The mid or high level management dosent even care or talk in a professional manner.

We can say if it is one thing but if there are too many dislikes nothing to do but silently quit.

Likes

The culture here is very good. There is a lot to learn here. The seniors are very supportive and there is freedom to work on different fields like coding, testing, development and deployment.

Dislikes

There is very little appraisal and the company process is very slow, there is no credit for the hard work. There is no policy for wfh even if you have important work to do or you are unwell. its rules and regulation are very dirty.They deduct money if you come late to office
