Waste company fully politics they won't provide any incentives,1 day week off 9 hours continuous work in a day they won't provide any hikes,they won't think about any employees,you can't grow in that company,hard work means nothing to them higher official think about them selves,they won't hire new people even man power required,youhave to work like donkey that's what they want.if you raise any concerns they won't even care.i have an advice if you want grow don't join in this company and this company is illegal in india.if they don't want any department they will out source that department to some fraud companies and they will make some fake promises to make employees stay.
