- I should've taken the negative reviews more seriously before joining - no training, no induction - office politics. worse if you have a manager who pretends to know everything and who'll take credit for your work and wouldn't hesitate to throw you under the bus - reporting manager will tell you to do one thing and management will say something different. no co-ordination between the two. very exhausting - flexibile work timinings ( manager will hit you up any time) - no job security. firing without any notice - constant threat from top management - you get 1 earn leave per month which is then accumulated ( leaves for the entire year not allocated at once) ps. I was hired for my experience but was told what to do every steps of the way by managers and top managements. when the outcome was not what they wanted, i was the one to be blamed ....Read More
