Ego centric supervisor. I was doing job there and getting quality issue so send email to TL that this is reason so not coming. TL called in office said that take quality session then do your job continue. I said ok and went for quality session to mayank kashyap who is deputy manager of training. I was telling my issue to him, he interrupt me and said that he had data. He used unprofessional word like badmouth abusive and BMC and interrupt him and said that I will not continue then he said with ego then go. I decided to get out from jobs then on the spot left the job. I said myself that I do job where supervisor are professionally. There is no professionalism. I dislike management system but another company same problem and management never a big issue
