This is the stupidest question ever asked. There is nothing good about RADCUBE LLC. People DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRETIOUS TIME else, you will regret later.

Dislikes

Cheap politics, cheap mindset of people, cheap crowd, cheap company policies which do not adhere to the Indian Labour Law. Filthy work environment and dirty office infrastructure. Washrooms are like a store room and they do not even bother to clean (Sulabh Complex smells way better) Coming to the office IT infrastructure, they are broken as F***k. I doubt they are leased out for some cheap price obviously and expect the employees to maintain them without any scratches. They are 2nd hand, 3rd hand, 4th, 5th, 6th hand cheap devices. Management is the dumbest of them all. And the CEO is like a crack nut who doesn't know how to manage their subordinates. HR team is the ultimate limelight. They know nothing and call their subordinates sir and madam. Lol! I mean who does that in the corporate. HR team is the management puppet. They never care about their employees concerns. All they know is one dialogue " Let me talk to F******ze Sir and get back to you" Lol! They follow the hire and fire policy. No job security. Will definitely regret if joined. I like working with radcube but the internal politics were very high, the talented person won't get any apprisal except the person how do prayer for manager or the team leader will get

Dislikes

Junior will always will bea junior even he contribute more to the organization, the ofshore ( india)team every senior even the manager or the team lead all are relatives or frnds of the director they will listen only them and terminates the best employees
