There was nothing at all to like about this company, I worked about an year in this company..

Dislikes

I worked at this company for a year, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The work culture is extremely toxic, with no sense of job security. The heads and managers have a habit of intruding into employees' personal space, which leads to constant mental stress. Every minute is monitored to an exhausting extent, and there is absolutely no flexibility in work schedules. The environment here drains you emotionally and mentally, making it difficult to focus or grow. The team head, in particular, exhibits unprofessional behavior, often acting irrationally and creating a suffocating atmosphere for the team. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their peace of mind or professional growth....Read More
