There are very few companies in India that produce for Luxury Brands . Simon and Cailand has been producing luxury womenswear since 1994 for some of the biggest brands of Italy and people only dream of working for. The work that I have been able to learn here, has been life changing. The Skills related to fashion, design, and womenswear manufacturing that I have acquired here are priceless. What it means to produce with 100% abd impeccable tailoring - this place will teach you that. If you are truly passionate about Fashion, then this is the place to learn the skills. Not many average employees in India have the ability to work hard and learn the skill sets. They fear hard work and are always the first people to complain. A lot of reviews here reflect that average mindset of not learning and quitting with a sour mind. The truth is that all the Ex Employees of Simon & Cailand have started their own fashion production units after learning the skill sets from this company. I have now joined a company in Mumbai and I am handling the Design department and I give the credit to Simon & Cailand for giving me all the skill sets. I have never disliked working at Simon & Cailand. The truth is I always had enough freedom to explore all departments and learn as much as I can. and perform.

Work Details

I worked as a Merchandiser and a Designer and I had all the freedom to design and produce my samples. And send them to the Italy Agents.

Work days: Monday to Saturday
