The experience was far from positive, the management culture is severely lacking in professionalism and there is no support or guidance from the directors to the least HOD's No decision making or pre-planned process for any strategy. Overall not recommended place for professionals from Corporate background and vast experience holders. The most troubling issues are the company is fund less to credit PF every month which is an unethical practice and serious violation of employee rights. Field Employees will be ask to leave any time without any prior intimation or notice. Employees will be harassed and torture if taken leaves or given priorities to their personal life.
