Very close knit team of dedicated individuals working on the project. HR is always available to solve all queries and get feedback. A chance to work on all modern technologies like Salesforce, AWS etc.

Salary but that's a trap. It was good before Engineering managers joined Preqin.

Dislikes

Micro management. Fake pipeline. 70 percent of people are running ETLs. Dumbest Engineering managers team. Better stay jobless than spoiling your skills.
