If you want to ruin your career, then join this company 1. Management is very biased- They give promotion and Salary increase to some employees in the middle of the year and again during appraisal they will again give salary increment with in 3 months at-least follow the policy. * employee are waiting for justice from management but management doesn’t not follow its own policy 2 now value of PhD employees 3.manager support their fav employee and give good feedback about him or her to management 4 No job security- they fire employees on regular basis 5 no respect for personal life...Read More
