Firm is Siemens System House/ Channel Partner. New-comers are given early access to hands-on experience on Projects. Ideal place for Workaholics & for Freshers to start with. Engineers given Free-hand to handle & execute Projects. Firm is Committed towards Hard-working. Well furnished & descent interiors.

Dislikes

Company is in Growth phase hence distributed work, Team work & work-life balance are poor to average. High Work pressure &, multi-tasking & at times lack of onus by colleagues adds to it further on Seniors. No on-job training for freshers, hence seniors have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. No gratuity, some have left without it. Compensation, incentives & increment are poor to average since firm couldn't afford for, beyond this. No work recognition in terms of Awards or Credits by Company & Clients. No to Delayed post elevation. Underestimating the work/issues & ignorance, at times, by Higher authorities, Managers & co-workers leads to project execution at the cost of Self-respect. Work Details

Always a bit tied-up work. Overall a great experience with many pros-cons, with many takeaways. Things didn't show-up easy, rather had to learn it the hardest way possible.
