Everything works in the mood of the founder, He cuts leaves, expenses if he thinks that someone has not done/completed the work even after employees working 18 hours. He blatantly says don't ever come at the time of promotions and appraisal and your growth in the firm is over. They put employees on probation whenever they feel like it without due process, even if someone in your family is seriously ill they will not consider even for 1 sec, you have to go you payout the total 2 months salary and nit just the basic part.
