Still thinking about this but unfortunately I haven't found anything.

#No work culture #No Defined HR Policies. #No appraisal or Increment policy. Jab bhi Increment ki baat karo to ek simple answer senior official se aapko milega.... Hamari organization ke pass funds nahi hai. #No fix working hours..... As an Implementation executives you have to work at least 16 hrs as per our mangers and heads........ Unke according aap private organization mein kaam karate hain jahan koi fix time nahi hota hai..... God knows ki hamare managers and seniors kaun sa management ki padhai kiye hain jahan fix time nahi bataya Gaya hai. # They believe in Fake promises. # Agar baat salary, expense ya increment ki hogi to aapke managers aur heads kabhi bhi aapka support nahi karenge....... Unko aisa lagta hai ki agar wo apne juniors ka support karenge to u ki naukari chali jayegi isiliye wo hamesha aapke against hi rahna pasand karte hain....Read More

Office mein chair peene ke liye bhi wahan ke employee sugar Aur Nimbu ka paisa pay karate chain to unhe kahin ja kar chai peene ko milti hai😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 The most special and unique thing is resigning oohhhooo it's termination process. Saari corporate industry ko inse sikhna chahiye ki kisi employee ka termination kaise karna chahiye, waise to inhone termination word ka matlab hi change kar diya hai usko ab HR team forcefully resignation bolti hai, agar aapko process janana ho to aaiye aap bhi is company ke behtareen culture ka ek hissa banane tabhi to kuch new methods aapko pata chalega 😜😜😜😜😜 Still waiting for March 2024 month salary and today is 7th May 2024, TA and DA ki to baat hi mat kijiye shayad aapko jab TA, DA ka paisa milega to aapko kya accounts team ko bhi pata nahi hota hai ki kis month ka TA, DA wo reimburse kar rahe hain....Read More
