There is nothing to like about this company, whoever can see the review through ambition box please keep yourself away from this company and management.

Dislikes

Company and management thinks you are favored by bringing you on board and thinks employees are not fit anywhere else in the market and you have been given job opportunity on courtesy basis. Firing is just a casual thing here and employees voice is always suppressed by bringing new policies. You should be in very bad condition to end up here working. HR and admin is to dictate the management decisions thru policies and there is no 2 way discussions within employee and employers. This is a classic modern example of dictatorship. Work culture is horrible and what ever money company makes does not flow down till the low level employee as a token of appreciation. Sudden pay-cuts and terminations are very common and it is been justified by a very illogical points. Words from management are so high that they think it is a fortune 500 company....Read More
