This is my second company, I was there for almost 1 year and I have seen a different culture where I felt this office is best. One is From my DOJ till now I didn't see my manager staying in a different room. He will be staying next to us. He will be working with us. If we have any concerns he will always be available with us. I haveseen many companies the managers will be sitting alone. we feel very shy talking to them. But only Petras Solutions I have seen managers are very friendly. Many times I too have a convo with him, He used to put his hands in my shoulder with a Friendly manner....Read More
