Unfortunately couldn’t find anything what I liked about this organization.

Dislikes

There’s no work life balance at all. They will push you to any limits to ensure your life is hell. Top management passes personal comments in team meetings, lot of humiliation, abusive language is being used. If you raise the complaint to HR, they will show you fake concerns and are completely spineless. The management will take away your PLI and will not answer, pick your calls or reply to back even after multiple attempts. After PPBL ban management is like a mad bull. Making life hell for employees. Even it is work from office but they ask employees to start early and finish late. To go to noida office i start from dwarka at 7:30 am and leave office by 8 and reach home by 10:30. Even though my office location is Gurgaon but have been asked to come to noida everyday. Dislikes

No hike since i joined in April 2023 last year people got minimum hike of 0% and maximum 4%. No job security. They are in losses and sources of revenue are also shrinking. Not recommended to join
