Dislikes

There are several point to address:- 1.working ethics require the highest level of improvement 2.They provide the strict time constraints for task , which impacts the product quality and lead to unnecessary overtime for employess ,and work pressure 3.Documentation is lacking every time 4.Leadership and management quality is Subpar many more point to concerns as well .....etc

company has a very positive and supporting working environment. policies are employees friendly & customers are very contended with the services , especially the sales team is very efficient in Hong kong and Malaysia, very collaborative, innovative and resilient .HR is also very resourceful and nice.
