I find the exciting opportunity to travel internationally for projects, spanning the globe which allows the team to enhance their learning and cultivate and more diversified mindset. I really enjoy working at OttonomyIO because of the passionate team. However, one challenge we face is that some team members spend more time imagining future projects rather than implementing current ones. Despite this, the team's enthusiasm and dedication to our work make it a rewarding environment overall.

Dislikes

I dislike the poor work culture at OttonomyIO, characterized by an egoistic mindset among senior developers. The unrealistic deadlines often force us to resort to temporary fixes, compromising the quality of our work. Additionally, there is a prevalent office politics where individuals use their power to assign juniors all the work,creating an unfair and stressful environment.
