However, one challenge we face is that some team members spend more time imagining future projects rather than implementing current ones. Despite this, the team's enthusiasm and dedication to our work make it a rewarding environment overall.

1. HR will ask you at the end of the month, "Do you need a Salary ?". 2. The CEO forces you, to work for 24H, and stay in the office until you don't get the desirable outcome. 3. Salary delays for months. 4. They will send you to different countries to deploy robots, on your own personal expenditure. No reimbursement policies, it will take 7 months. 5. Ridiculous behaviour of Accountant, and Manager. 6. The project manager does not know the technicality of Robotics. 7. 7 Day working x 24H.

Since they are a budding company so there is excitement in the air about any new suggestions and ideas. The work environment is very relaxed and so are the working hours. Learning by trial and error is encouraged provided you don't repeat the same ones. All in all its a wonderful place be in.
