1. No job security 2. Micromanagement from the functional team 3. No proper response from the functional team members 4. If we have any doubts in process we shouldn't 5. You can see mosquitos in the office 6. No cab 7. HR said 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH in the interview time, after joining they said 4 days WFO and 1 days WFH. When I asked HR they said we should work as per business requirements.

Zero job security, worst management the director want everyone promote only the people he likes even if they are not deserving due to which many deserving people suffered a lot and yes he is very kind to few female employee he even pick and drop them even if there shift doesn’t end.
