The hybrid work culture is amazing.

Dislikes

The leadership is highly biased and influenced by higher authorities inspite of knowing the situation. It’s a typical hire and fire culture The only dept having fun is the HR recruiting candidates. There’s been no head count increase just the old ones getting scrapped entirely and new ones gets hired.
