Team mates because they are fellow passengers who go through the same thing.

Dislikes

An absolutely horrible place to work with no respect for work life balance, zero learnings. Managers are definitely not fit to be leaders and they are not trained for that. This is the culture throughout the company and not just one team. They take advantage of the economic situation of the families of the employees and manipulate you based on that. Senior manager or associate we can't expect respect and everyday is so toxic. Amazing clients but zero respect so typically a hellhole to work with....Read More
