Never Join. They are not man of their words. They are behaving like dictators. Everyday a new rule to torture the employees. There is nothing to like. Hilarious. Liers. No one cares about employees. Salary always delayed.

Dislikes

Poor management. No proper planning. No one cares about employees. 90 days notice period. They may tell you that they are having 60 days notice period but when you start working with them, you will suddenly get to know your notice period extended to 90 days. Mismanagement of funds for their own satisfaction and the. Deducting the salary of employees to cover up those funds.

Salaries are always late with no fixed dates, even delayed for 3 continuous months. No set process of appraisal and promotion. Process changes overnight. Tickets remain pending. Poor leadership and lack of vision.
