Compensation can be an area of bit disappointment and growth is bit slow .We really need to put a lot of efforts to be visible .
I have been working as a project leader from past 5 years now and I was lucky enough to get promoted timely based on my performance .I have been able to manage all my other tasks and spend time with my family .

In Csc they are two culture in Csc, first is bps and second its IT Culture, and bps part is poor and IT part is good, because they are good benefit for IT culture department. just example . NIGHT ALLOWANCE GIVEN TO BPS EMPLOYEE - 125 RS/ PER DAY. BUT IT DEPARTMENT ITS GIVEN - 350 RS/- PER DAY. even i like IT industry in csc.
Dislike no job satisfaction, no growth opportunity, no job security no any extra training given to your skills required filed, like SQL , SAS , etc. even in work not good every work is related again life policy.
MIS Reporting in AIG group.
Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
Work related travel: This is a desk job.
