One thing I'd complain about at novumgen is the lack of coffee machine. I mean who wouldn't want a steady supply of caffeine on those busy days. But I guess more reason to drink chai made in our cafeteria for morning n evening time charge up

Management Dysfunction: The management structure at Novumgen is severely lacking. Managers often seem unsure of how to provide guidance and frequently grant executives autonomy without proper support or direction. This results in confusion and inefficiency within the company. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Despite claims of fosteringgrowth, Novumgen fails to provide employees with adequate opportunities for professional development. If you're looking to expand your knowledge and skills, this may not be the right fit for you. Low Motivation: The work environment at Novumgen lacks motivation and enthusiasm. Many employees feel demotivated due to the absence of clear goals and incentives. Strict Policies: While some may appreciate structure, Novumgen's strict management policies can be suffocating.
