Work life balance is the only good thing about Nordex. Company's growth is also good. Sponsorship for higher education

Dislikes

The work assigned to Indians is third class work. Company policies in India change based upon the mood of VP. The work we do is nothing related to work the employees do. There will be service agreement for every growth opportunity of employee.

1. No standard work culture 2. It's not been like MNC 3. Lack of Trust on employee 4. Not well organized 5. Too much of Micro management 6. No local HR to server you better 7. Management create the process which are not in the policies. 8. Administration is very poor 9. No common policy, it's differ person to person
