None in the top management has ever worked in big companies. The CV's are just terrible, I wonder how they got this job.

Dislikes

Until and unless the top management in India carries their own Laptop cases, nothing can happen. You need to carry your own weight to carry the weight of the organization. Innovation happens when you talk to people, not when you sit in a cabin and press a bell for your tea and coffee.

Very bad Leadership/mismanagement. Especially VPs, HR. This organization leaders are always saying like "you all are my family members". But the things going different. Dirty politics are the first boss in this organization.
