Culture is definitely not good. Management team is still on the belief that they control everything and team members promotion is completely on their hands. Impacts personal life as well, due to this micro and mis management behaviour of “Head of”, Leadership and manager personalities in NAB.

Dislikes

Heavily political setup in NCR office. Mindset of Manager - I manage things, I manage team, Team under me should listen completely, there shouldn’t be any objection to manager’s comments - otherwise performance and appraisal will be targeted, all these doesn’t really help.
