Being in Sales always has its own pros & cons. Having experience of 7+ years in different organization, i haven't seen such an incentive model in any company, there are 3 incentive models which this company offers benefiting all the sales employees and it motivates to achieve targets. There are times when our incentives are more then our monthly salary. Training & learnings are on constant basis.

Dislikes

Sometimes we have to meet the client on a Holiday/Sunday, but this is too compensated in many ways.
