I like how they allow employees to learn and implement things. They give full space to initiate and add your own creativity to the task.

Dislikes

1. Upraisals are not good that stop your growth if you stay for long at Nliven 2. Toxic culture due to 2 vintage employee 3. High level politics 4. You need to keep that 2 project managers happy otherwise you are out
