The management is worst, HR is horrible only knows the hiring process apart from that no knowledge she has of tax benefits tax deductions. They use the policy of hire and fire. No assistance provided for business development.

we are working on enhancing our best practices sharing amongst offices so everyone can benefit from one's good. This involves technical sales and hence the training modules could do better with a more frequent upgrade.
